Industrial Project Management

Capital projects go wrong at predictable moments.
The question is whether someone's already in the room when they do.

Approvals, procurement, and handover. These are the moments where most projects run into trouble. Not at the concept stage, and not at launch. By the time the problem is visible, it is usually expensive to fix.

Let's talk about your project
"A Sarthi carries no agenda of his own.
He walks alongside, for the full length of it."
The philosophy behind everything we do at A & H VenturesiSaar-thi (सारथी)In ancient Indian tradition, a Sarthi is the chariot companion, present for the full journey, carrying no agenda of his own.
How we work

One person. Accountable. From concept through to handover.

We work as a co-owner of the project management function, not as an external consultant who reviews reports and moves on. That means a single point of accountability across all eight phases, with the same person present at feasibility and at handover.

The eight phases exist not to impose structure, but to ensure that at every stage, the client is genuinely ready to move forward. Not pushed by timeline, not pulled by momentum. A project that moves faster than the people inside it fails. Our job is to hold the pace the work actually demands.

Who this is for

If you're putting serious capital to work and want someone in the room, not on call.

We work best with businesses that have a defined project, real capital at stake, and want a partner present throughout, not a consultant who appears at milestones. The most common projects we work on are new manufacturing facilities, production line expansions, greenfield industrial setups, and hospitality properties under construction or renovation. If your project is different, tell us about it. We'll be straightforward about whether we're the right fit.

For overseas businesses with India projects

If your business is based outside India and you are establishing manufacturing, processing, hospitality, or distribution operations here, we work as your fractional project management team on the ground, embedded in your India project from the start.

You get the oversight and accountability of a full internal PM function without the cost and complexity of building a local team before you understand the market. We report directly to your leadership and operate as an extension of your organisation, not as an external contractor who appears at milestones.

If you are also navigating market entry, sourcing, or distribution strategy for India alongside the build, our Global Trade practice works alongside this →

In planning, mid-build, or when the commissioning deadline is already moving. We can come in at any stage. What we need first is to understand where the project actually stands. Tell us where you are.
